Meet Callie Stox, IM Missionary to Japan
I’m Callie Stox and I’m from Greenville, North Carolina. I will graduate from Liberty University in 2023 with a Religion and Global Studies degree. I enjoy reading, music, and doing anything crafty or creative. I went to Panama and Cuba with ETEAM in 2017 and 2018.
Why Japan?
In the summer of 2022, I did a 5-week internship at Hope Alive Church with the Hubbard family in Tokyo, Japan. There, God stirred my heart for the people in Japan and deepened my passion to spread the gospel there. Learn more about Hope Alive Church and ministry at hopealive.jp
112 million people live in Japan, and 99.7 of Japanese people are lost, with many never hearing the Gospel.
How you can pray for Callie
- For the hearts and eyes of the Japanese people to be opened to receive and understand the gospel.
- For a deep sense of community within the Hope Alive team and the people we meet and connect with so we can share Jesus with them.
- To be able to learn Japanese to effectively communicate and deepen relationships made in Japan.
