IM, Inc. News Release – Financial Operations Looks Toward Transitions in Personnel

Antioch, Tennessee – Generous gifts sent to IM each month pass through the hands of our Financial Operations Team, who help distribute them to missionaries and ministries around the world. Caroline Pierce, Financial Operations Manager since March of 2021 and member of our Finance Team since July of 2017, has submitted her resignation.

Rob Conley, Director of Financial Operations/CFO, states, “Caroline has been a great asset to our team and a good friend. Her heart for the world and for our missionaries is evident. We wish her the best in all she does.” 

Andy Yerby, Financial Operations Assistant, has been offered and has accepted the role of Financial Operations Manager effective immediately. He and Caroline will work together this next month as he learns the ropes of this new assignment. Andy is a 2021 graduate of Welch College, where he earned a degree in International Business. “We are thrilled with Andy’s commitment to IM and him stepping into this new and challenging role. Pray with us during these transitions, and for the Lord to provide the perfect candidate for Andy’s former role,” says Rob Conley.
