Bulgaria

  • Brenton & Debbie Driscoll – This Friday we are hosting a ladies event, during which all ladies will get to DIY a candle in a jar, after which Debbie will share about what it truly means to be “the light of the world.” Please pray that the ladies who attend this event will be refreshed by the fellowship and encouraged in the Lord.
  • Jonathan & Amy Postlewaite – Please be praying for the countless individuals in the villages and cities in our region (and throughout Bulgaria) who do not have a local church in their neighborhood and are still waiting to hear the Gospel for the first time. Pray that God will provide the workers and resources to reach these people and places with the Gospel.
  • Trif & Vanya Trifonov – Please pray for wisdom and sufficient resources for us to do the administrative and repair work on the church building, and also pay back the loan! A few people from our church are looking for a job, please pray for God’s provision!

Ecuador

  • Adam & Carol Duncan – We praise the Lord for a wonderful missions conference this past weekend in Hartville, Mo. Pray for us as we have a full weekend of services and for a potential buyer to look at the farm on Friday.

Japan

  • Rusty & Brenda Carney – Praise God we were able to baptize Mr. “O” this past Saturday!! Please pray for his continued spiritual growth.
  • Annabelle Ellis – Please ask God to be merciful to the Japanese people; they are continuing to suffer from COVID-19 and need healing. In parallel, ask God to move on the minds of those in leadership to open the borders at the right time so that I and many other missionaries with many different organizations can enter Japan with the message of the Gospel – the true, spiritual healing that Japan so desperately needs.
  • Donnie & Ruth McDonald – Pray for the Good News Chapel that has suspended on-site worship services while the most recent Emergency Health Declaration is in effect for the greater Tokyo area at least through August 31st. Pray that the church people can continue to be safe and grow spiritually during another spike for the country. The health care system is extremely stretched in dealing with the highest ever number of Covid-19 cases in the nation.
  • Daniel & Kate Speer – Pray for Audrey as she begins 3rd grade at a new school here in America. Also pray for our family as we set up services and begin our stateside assignment, for good health and for safety on the roads. We are looking forward to seeing many of you soon!

Ecuador

  • Adam & Carol Duncan – We praise the Lord for a wonderful missions conference this past weekend in Hartville, Mo. Pray for us as we have a full weekend of services and for a potential buyer to look at the farm on Friday.

Kenya

  • Eddy & Amanda Simmons – Please pray for rain, life-giving rain.  Pray for men to surrender to the gospel ministry.  Please pray as we have a Samburu team meeting this Thursday. Pray as we re-cast the vision and plan the next steps to move the churches towards self-sustainability in the next 2 years.

Spain

  • Anthony & Lea Edgmon – August is a big vacation month in Spain. We appreciate your prayers that believers will be a light and witness as they travel and visit with family. Lea and Marc will journey back to Spain tomorrow. We thank God for His many blessings during this trip and appreciate your prayers as they say goodbye to Emily again and travel home.
  • Sam & Lauren Riggs – We are still waiting patiently for Emilia’s Spanish passport. We sent her papers about a month ago and we have not heard back from the consulate. We hope no news is good news and that the passport is on its way!
