Bangladesh

  • Kenneth Eagleton – Pray for me as I visit Bangladesh this next week and meet with the leaders there. 

Bulgaria

  • Jonathan & Amy Postlewaite – Please pray that God will open doors for us to have more opportunities to share the gospel with unsaved medical students from Bulgaria and abroad who are studying here in the city.  
  • Josh Provow Please pray for the Bible studies in the village of Vehtovo and the town of Novi Pazar. Please pray that those who attend will be consistent, have the heart to grow, and will invite many others. 

Cuba

  • Kenneth Eagleton – Pray for the seminary as they try to get electricity restored to the buildings, following the damage caused by Hurricane Ian. They feel that they can restart classes again soon. 

Ecuador

  • Adam & Carol Duncan – Continue to pray for us as we are in the final seven weeks of language school in Quito, that we will have stamina and retention, while we also prepare for our move to Misahualli (the jungle). This weekend (November 5 and 6) we will travel five hours for a retreat as a family with our partner missionaries, Jungle Kids for Christ (JKC). Next Saturday (November 12), Adam will speak on prayer at our Quito church (EFC). Carol and the kids will travel with the EFC youth group north to a rural indigenous community for a “one-day VBS.” 

France

  • Jonathan & Michelle Chereau Jonathan, Olivia and I are sick, and Jonathan has been tested positive for Covid. Pray that we all feel better, especially little Olivia. Pray that we all get better as we are getting all things packed for Saturday (Nov 5 – moving day) and Sunday will be our last service in our church in Saint Sébastien before going to the States.  
  • Bryson Foulks – I’m praising God and so thankful to all of my partners that I am currently 98% funded! Please continue to pray for me as I finish out my last three weeks of CIT training and continue to work on my visa and university paperwork. Pray as I seek out partners to complete my funding. 

Japan

  • Jack & Ashley Ketteman – Thank you for praying! The Lord blessed our Fall Festival outreach on Saturday afternoon. More than 130 people came to Hope Alive and many were first-time visitors. Please pray that the truth that was shared will bear fruit. Please continue to pray for our Japanese studies. We’ve had another good, albeit challenging week, but we left class today encouraged by our tiny progress.

Pakistan

  • Kenneth Eagleton –  Praise the Lord for the baptism of 30 people this past Sunday in our churches in Lahore. Pray for God’s Love Church as they seek funding to close in their building, which is under construction, before the harsh winter sets in. 

Spain

  • Anthony & Lea Edgmon – Please pray with us for our church business meeting coming up Sunday evening, November 6. Pray for each one who participates as we discuss future ministries and goals of the church.  

USA

  • Tyler & Kellie Penn – Please be in prayer for a student from Oman. He was a part of our Bible Basics conversation group last week. It was his first time to really ask questions about the Bible. We were excited to share the good news about Jesus with him.

Mission Family

  • Pray for our expecting missionary family: Lauren Herren (ETEAM). Pray that the baby will grow and mature as expected.
  • Pray for former missionaries struggling with a variety of health problems: Brother Carlisle Hanna (India), Jerry and Carol Pinkerton (Ivory Coast), Bobby and Sue Aycock (Brazil), Tom and Nancy Hughes (Brazil), Florine Coscia (Brazil), Dave and Pat Franks (Brazil), Ledgel and Sharon Ferguson (Ivory Coast and France), Glenda Fulcher (Uruguay and Panama), Mirial Gainer (Japan), Barb Haas (France), Sherwood and Vada Lee (Ivory Coast),  Amy Robinson (Uruguay), Tom Willey, Jr. (Cuba & Panama), and Don Robirds (Brazil, IM office).
