Clint and his wife Lynette, daughter of pioneer medical missionaries Dr. LaVerne and Lorene Miley, were assigned to Côte d’Ivoire (1976-2007). The couple spent two terms in evangelism and church planting before helping initiate and establish a Bible institute for training Ivorian leaders. Clint received a special assignment from the board in 2002 to research the possibility of the Mission entering creative access areas of the world. As a result, The Hanna Project was born in 2004.
The Morgans served in France from 2007 to 2011. On February 10, 2011, Clint was selected as interim general director of International Missions. In September 2011, the board voted to employ him as general director.
Clint and Lynette have four children (Trey, Adam, Aaron, and Autumn), seven grandchildren, and one great-grandson.

Lauren Biggs has worked as IM’s Media and Content Coordinator since February 2020. Lauren loves working among creative teams within the Body of Christ. Her experience working with Christian non-profits has given her a passion for highlighting the power of people’s stories as they intersect Christ’s story – she believes that’s the goal of Christ-centered social media and marketing.
Lauren graduated in 2016 from Lee University in Cleveland, TN with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Theology, Bible, Psychology, and Sociology). She married her college sweetheart, Austin Biggs, in 2017. They live in Mount Juliet, Tennessee with their daughters Kinsley and Riley.

Stacie Compton joined IM in January 2016. She and her husband Chris attend The Donelson Fellowship and have two daughters, Kaylee and Hannah. Stacie graduated from Welch College in 2004. She loves music, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Robert began his ministry with IM in January 1995. As IM’s Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for managing the accounting department, monitoring cash flow, providing financial analysis, handling investments, and overseeing general office management.
Rob and his wife Jennifer have two sons: Austin (and his wife, Britt) and Alan...and their pet dog Scooby! Rob enjoys cycling, sport shooting, basketball, and countryside rides on their side-by-side UTV.

Kenneth grew up in Brazil, where his parents were pioneer missionaries. He and his wife Rejane and four sons served as missionaries in Ivory Coast (1984-2003). In 2003 Kenneth and Rejane transferred to Brazil where they served until 2023.
Kenneth joined the IM office team in 2017, accumulating the responsibilities of Director of Global Partnerships (formerly Field Partnerships) while continuing to serve as a field missionary to Brazil until 2023. Since 2024 he has dedicated himself full time to develop partnerships with FWB associations of churches in countries where IM no longer has resident field missionaries as well as with other like-minded organizations or associations of indigenous churches in areas with a concentration of unreached peoples.

Jackie joined the IM financial team in September of 2019 after serving 20 years as pastor’s wife at Zephyr Hills FWB Church in Asheville, NC. She enjoys running, fishing, and doing work around the house. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her family, especially her grandsons, Nathan, and Hudson. What a blessing it is to work with such a great group of people.

Lauren Herren graduated from Welch College with her Associate of Science and Biblical Theology before she transferred to Belmont University and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019. Other than in the medical field, Lauren has been involved with missions from a young age, including the Hanna Project. Lauren and her husband, Cody enjoy spending time in the great outdoors with their son, Thatcher, daughter, Mallory, and their Golden Retriever, Pogba. Lauren and her family attend The Donelson Fellowship and are involved in music, kids ministry, and teenage ministry.
Lauren became the ETEAM Coordinator as of January 2023.

In 1992, Curt and Mary were sent out by International Missions to serve in Brazil with their daughters: Amber, Kelsey, and Brooklin, in a church planting ministry. After leaving for Brazil 30 years ago, Curt and Mary have now been in Nashville for 20 years. As the Director of Field Ministry Personnel, Curt’s passion to fulfill 2 Timothy 2:2 continues as he has the chance to train those who will in turn train many more for the Kingdom around the Globe. Throughout his 30+-year ministry, he has taught students, led multiple mission trips, served in a variety of roles in churches, and planted a church overseas.
Curt received a Master of Arts in religion from Liberty University and has his TESL certificate from the Tennessee Foreign Language Institute. Mary has worked as a family coordinator in an elementary school with over 20 languages spoken, and more than 45 countries represented. She earned her Ed.D. in educational leadership from Lipscomb University and currently has a ministry as a principal in a public elementary school. The Holland sisters, Amber (Burleson), Kelsey (Lin), and Brooklin (Hawkins) are all nurses and Andrew was adopted when he was three. Curt enjoys good coffee, exercising, playing golf, reading, and traveling to new cultures, and his ever-growing number of grandchildren!

Kristi joined the IM family in 1997, when she and her husband, Tim, were appointed as missionaries to Spain. They helped plant the first ever Gospel-preaching church in the town of Alpedrete. While building relationships and truly loving the people she ministered to, Kristi spent her time discipling women, teaching children, organizing worship, and helping with various outreach efforts. In September of 2022, Kristi transitioned to our home office as the Development Communications Manager.

Jaimie and Tammy Lancaster served in Uruguay for 23 years. During this time, they served in many ministries, from youth ministry to leadership development and church planting. In 2021, the couple was placed on Special Assignment to the Director of Field Partnerships.
Jaimie now serves as the Assistant Director of Field Partnerships and works with Dr. Kenneth Eagleton to promote the needs and successes of our ministry partners.
Jaimie grew up in the small town of McShan, Alabama, and is from the Mt. Moriah Free Will Baptist Church. Tammy was born in Conway, Arkansas, and her home church is Connect Church in Russellville. They have two sons: Jonathan and Liz live in San Diego, California, where he works as a Senior Software Developer and Liz is a Design Manager. John William is a 3rd-grade teacher, while Claire is a Financial Relationship Specialist and is pursuing a nursing degree. John William and Claire welcomed the newest member of the family, William Ethan, into the world in September 2022. They live in Nashville, Tennessee.

Joining the IM office team in 2017, Don serves as the Director of Development. He dedicates himself to helping missionaries, local churches, and church leaders as they partner together to fulfill the Great Commission.
Before answering the call to preach, Don attended Arkansas Tech University, where he began a degree in pre-veterinarian medicine. He then graduated from the South African Theological Seminary with a Bachelor of Theology degree.
Don and his wife Margo served in ministry for many years in the state of Arkansas. He was ordained in 1997 and served as a youth pastor, music minister, and senior pastor before becoming the Arkansas FWB Missions Director in 2004.
Don and Margo were married in 1989 and have two children, Keeli and Asher.

Leslie joined the IM family in January 2019 serving as the assistant to the Director of Mobilization. In January 2021, she transitioned into the role of College Missions Program (CMP) Coordinator. Leslie moved into her role as the Director of Mobilization in January of 2023.
Leslie is a 2016 graduate of Welch College where she received her BA in Exercise Science and Theological Studies. Between Leslie's current job as CMP Coordinator and her two degrees you can learn a lot about what she is passionate about - Christ, college students, and exercise/staying active.
She was born and raised in Nashville, TN. She enjoys finding a good "hole in the wall" restaurant, a road trip anywhere and everywhere, or just simply spending time with her friends, family, and her dog, Luna.

Lindsey was born and raised in Allen Park Michigan. She moved to Nashville to attend Welch College where she graduated in 2024 with her Bachelors in Business and Theological Studies. She officially joined IM’s Student Missions team after interning in Development throughout her time in school.
Lindsey loves using her creativity in social media and marketing while being able to express her heart for missions!
She is a Michigan native who loves the cold weather but still can’t get enough of Tennessee. From pickleball to snowboarding to playing guitar, she loves finding hobbies wherever she’s at. She loves a good coffee shop and spending quality time with friends!

Catie was born and raised in Russellville, Arkansas. She moved to Nashville to attend Welch College and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education in 2013. She has spent the last 10 years teaching in Nashville. She currently lives in Old Hickory, Tennessee. She loves spending time with her family and cheering for the Nashville Predators.

Jen Thomsen has worked with International Missions since August 2012. She and her husband Eric attend Bethel FWB Church in Ashland City, Tennessee. They have one daughter and son-in-law, Tori and Cody, who live in Oklahoma. Jen enjoys anything dark chocolate, baking, shopping, exploring new places, and walking her dogs, Wrigley and Honey.
