IM, Inc. News Release – Committed to Sharing the Gospel Around the World

April 10, 2026

Antioch, Tennessee—On April 8–9, 2026, the IM Board met to celebrate how God is at work as we remain committed to our mission of Sharing the Gospel. Giving a Million. Reaching a Million. The spirit of collaboration and unity was evident in each report shared. We are reminded how every IM board member fulfills a vital role, actively participating in God’s global story through IM missionaries, ministries, and partnerships.

Clint Morgan, IM General Director, opened with inspiration as he highlighted the 2025 statistics gathered from partners and missionaries in the 39 fields where IM has a presence. A few of the key stats include:

  1. 3,312 baptisms
  2. 67,061 weekly average church attendance outside of North America
  3. 3,612 conversions

We are reminded that these aren’t just numbers on a page; these numbers represent changed lives because people are encountering the Good News of salvation and the love of Jesus. We don’t highlight these numbers to say, “Look at IM,” but instead, to give God all the glory. In addition to the excitement of these field stats, Clint reiterated the ten-year IM Horizon Goals, which are the focus in every ministry, field, and partnership. Kenneth Eagleton, Director of Field Partnerships, invites all Free Will Baptists to join in “celebrating the excitement of our partners in participating in the Horizon Goals and their increased networking with other partnerships and sending out their own missionaries.”

Continuing the theme of sharing how God is at work, Andie Greenwood, from Nashville, Tennessee, was commissioned by the board to serve at the Hope Alive Church in Tokyo, Japan, for a two-year internship. She will graduate this spring from Randall University. She has already been actively reaching international college students from the University of Missouri through ministry at Rejoice Free Will Baptist Church in Columbia, Missouri, where she also managed digital media and served alongside IM missionaries, the Mercers. Having first sensed God’s call during College Missions Program trips in 2022 and 2023, Andie is eager to return: “I’m looking forward to starting the fundraising process. The Lord has called me to this. I’m excited to share His story and use my creativity to make disciples in Japan.”

Bea Provow, who married Josh Provow in 2025, joined the board meeting from Bulgaria and was officially approved as an IM missionary. She will serve alongside the field team in the Shumen province, bringing steadiness, excellence, and key skills to reach Bulgarians with the Gospel. Reflecting on her ministry in Bulgaria so far, Bea shared, “Serving as a missionary’s wife has deepened my trust in God. When needs arise, we take them to Him in prayer—and He is always faithful to answer.”

Leslie Nichols, Director of Mobilization, shared the anticipation of a summer filled with high school and college students going on short-term mission trip opportunities where they will receive training, engage in God’s global Church while serving in different cultures, and abide in Christ. There will be 100 ETEAM students, including 22 leaders, going to ten different fields from June 6-26. There will be 46 College Missions Program students, comprised of 15 different teams, who will go across the world this summer.

Curt Holland, IM Director of Field Ministry Personnel, shared, “Keren Delgado has a rich multicultural heritage, and she used those gifts in both Bulgaria and Spain. Beginning May 1, 2026, Keren will take a leave of absence from her ministry in Spain.”

The 2025 audited financial statements, prepared by Blankenship CPA Group, were received and reviewed by the IM board. We are celebrating a record-breaking income year for 2025. The 2027 framework operational budget of $11.7 million was also received and approved by the board.

Jeff Nichols gave a devotion encouraging the leadership team and other board members in the role we have as believers to reach people with the Gospel. He said, “In the Great Commission, the disciples met Jesus on the mountain. God is everywhere. Wherever we go, God is ahead of us, readying us for what’s next. He will be with us every day. He is beyond time, knowing what we need.”

Thank you for partnering with us in fulfilling the Great Commission. Your prayers, financial support, and encouragement help fuel the mission!

IM labors with the Body of Christ to fulfill the Great Commission.
