IM, Inc. News Release (July 22, 2026)
Focused on the Missions
Columbus, Ohio—The IM Board and the IM Leadership Team gathered on July 21 for a board meeting during the annual National Convention of Free Will Baptists in Ohio. As the theme for the National Convention this year was “Focus,” and at IM, our focus has remained steady on continuing to send workers to the harvest.
The IM Leadership Team recommended, and the IM Board commissioned Emma Hayes for a two-year internship to Japan!
Emma Hayes is from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She attends CrossPointe Church in Norman, Oklahoma, pastored by Chris Todd. Emma is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with degrees in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. In 2025, Emma went on a College Missions Program (CMP) trip to Hope Alive in Tokorozawa, Japan, where she became burdened for the Japanese people.
Director of Field Ministry Personnel, Curt Holland, shares, “Emma has demonstrated tremendous maturity and intelligence in many areas of life. We look forward to seeing what the Lord is able to accomplish through Emma’s ministry in Japan.”
Clint Morgan, General Director, was recognized for his faithful service of 50 years at IM. From his appointment in 1976 to Ivory Coast with his wife, Lynette, to his faithful service in various IM ministries and later, his stepping into the role of General Director at IM in 2011, we honor his focus, dedication to the Lord, and continued vision leading IM.
Rob Conley, IM’s CFO and longtime colleague, reflects on his legacy when he said, “Clint and Lynette, while your story is not yet complete, we are certain that thousands of lives have been impacted through your ministries over the years and over the miles. Thank you for being faithful.”
Jeff Nichols’ term on the IM Board has ended this year. He served on the board since 2014, and several of those years were as Board Chairman. Clint Morgan shares his appreciation for his service and friendship when he said, “Jeff has been a great friend, brother, and accountability partner, and a superb board member. He has served faithfully and always been prepared for every meeting. His insights and genuine care for IM and the Gospel are unquestionable.”
In addition to commissioning and recognitions, Kenneth Eagleton was acknowledged for his ministry of expanding the reach of IM through IM Global Partners through the years during his role as Director of Global Partnerships. Kenneth will be stepping down as Director of Global Partnerships at the end of this year, on December 31, 2026. He will begin 2027 with a lateral ministry move to become IM’s Global Training Coordinator, with his primary responsibility being to work with pastors and leaders in the global partner countries to help ensure solid biblical teaching and leadership training.
We have chosen Francisco (Frank) Vazquez to step into the role of Director of Global Partnership. He comes to us with over 20 years of ministry and ample experience in the secular workplace. We are excited about his passion for ministry, vision for reaching the lost, and personal commitment to do his part in seeing the Gospel spread to all nations.
We are committed to focusing on the mission of sharing the Gospel through IM missionaries, partners, and ministries. Thank you for partnering with us to fulfill the Great Commission!
