Campus Site Director/Church Plant Servant Leader Opportunity in the USA

You, together with your spouse, can serve as both Campus Site Director and Church Planter(s) with IM in the USA at the University of Illinois. This is a long-term IM opportunity that can be split by a married couple or done conjointly by a married couple and/or single with adjustments.

As Campus Site Director:

• You will relate to the Penn family as a partner in their ministry to international students at the University of Illinois and the head church planter.
• You will strive to provide services in English, American friendships with international students, and meet the needs of students.
• You will manage the English Corner activities, American culture events, and Gospel outreach events on campus.
• You will communicate the gospel through conversations of faith with students. Create opportunities for connection to place on campus through conversation groups, Bible studies, or gospel-oriented events.
• You will provide resources that can be helpful for the progression of faith and discipleship in connection to the local church and the Penn family.

As Church Plant Servant Leader:

• You will relate to the Penn family as a partner in their ministry to international students at the University of Illinois and the head church planter.
• You will serve in many functions that fit your gifting and the needs communicated by the church planter.
• You will be a part of the leadership team of the church plant.
• You, along with the other members of the leadership team, will help lead the church in areas of spiritual disciplines, evangelism, diversity, generosity, and missions.
