The Hanna Project: Pray for workers in France and Spain as they work with immigrants, living out their faith as they meet physical and educational needs. Ask God to provide their every need and to fill them with wisdom, love, mercy, and grace.
Persecution: United Arab Emirates, an Islamic state, ranks number 45 on Open Doors 2019 World Watch List. All citizens are categorized as Muslim and conversion to Christianity is punishable by death. Most Christians are expatriates and the law prohibits evangelization. Those who convert from Islam frequently hide their faith or flee to other countries. Pray for God to provide ways to evangelize through technology, in spite of government-run Internet blocking Christian sites. Pray for courage for converts afraid to reveal their faith.
Mission Family: Pray for the family of Rob Conley, IM’s CFO, as they mourn the passing of his father Mendon Conley. Ask God to provide comfort, peace, and hope.
Cuba: Approximately 500 Cuban Free Will Baptists attended their annual convention on February 21-23. In addition to worship, business, and events tailored to specific demographics, the seminary held a graduation ceremony for seven students (three receiving an AA in Bible and ministry; four receiving a BA). Praise God for all He is accomplishing in Cuba.
France: Pray for Becky Riggs as she returns to the States today, February 27, for follow-up medical visits. Ask God to give her doctor wisdom. Pray she will enjoy time with daughters Laura and Johanna while stateside. Praise God for two new families who attended the Châteaubriant worship service this past Sunday. Ask God to give Steve strength and peace while Becky is away.
Bulgaria: Josh and Lydia Provow ministered to 19-year-old Turk, orphaned at age three, over the last week under remarkable, God-led circumstances. Pray this young man will allow the unconditional love of God and the truths of His Word to penetrate through his hurt, disappointment, and distrust. Ask God to help him find employment. Pray God will give Josh and Lydia wisdom and guidance as they depend on the Holy Spirit.
Japan: Daniel and Kate Speer and their daughters Audrey and Analeigh departed early yesterday, February 26, for ministry in Tokyo, Japan. They arrived this morning. Ask God to help them all as they recover from the long journey, look for housing, and complete all the requirements for living in Japan.
India: Pray for the leaders of India and Pakistan as they consider all-out war after India’s retaliatory strike (a suicide bomb in Kashmir on February 14 killed at least 40 paramilitary police) on Tuesday, February 26. Ask God to give Christians in both countries spirits of peace and grace. Pray God will use this for good, opening opportunities for the gospel to spread.
France: Around this time last year, the St. Sebastién church officially installed a church council of four men and their wives (Jonathan and Michelle, Guillaume and Kathleen, Clément and Esther, and Michael and Coralie) to lead the congregation. Continue to pray for these families as they seek God’s guidance for themselves and the church. Ask God to grant wisdom, harmony, flexibility, and grace as they work together for the growth of God’s Kingdom.
Samburu: Praise God for all He is doing among the Samburu! Eddy Simmons reports Jackson and Eunice, their Samburu coworkers, led 14 women, four teens, and one man to the Lord on Saturday, February 23. This new area first received the gospel message earlier in the week. Ask God to use these new believers to establish a strong, biblically-sound church. Also, the translation of key Old Testament passages is moving forward with the hiring of a Samburu translator. Pray for wisdom as the Simmons work with this man to deliver God’s Word to the Samburu in their heart language. Pray also for Eddy’s health as he continues to recover from surgery.
Bulgaria: Pray for good attendance as Jonathan and Amy host an English game night at a Pleven coffee shop on Saturday, March 2. Ask God to provide new contacts interested in participating in future activities and with hearts prepared to hear the gospel.

Also, pray Theo Lytle (four-month-old grandson of Steve and Judy Lytle—Panama).
