The GROW Endowment was created to ensure that when God calls men and women into missionary service, IM is prepared to send them.

New missionaries are challenged to acquire enough funds to get started. They often have to keep their jobs and raise support. This prolongs being fully funded and missionaries are at a disadvantage from the beginning. The GROW Endowment removes barriers for those called.
