Brazil

  • Kenneth Eagleton – Praise the Lord for crowded churches again as they put on their Christmas programs.

Bulgaria

  • Tim & Lydia Awtrey – God has brought several new people into our lives through our Christmas outreach programs. Pray that we would see fruit in their lives and the church will grow as they come to faith in Jesus.
  • Brenton & Debbie Driscoll – Praise God for His faithfulness in 2021 and ask Him to continue to sustain the church in Shumen in 2022. Pray also for our next ladies’ gathering taking place this Saturday, January 8.

Cuba

  • Kenneth Eagleton – Praise the Lord for nine people saved in an end-of-year service at Playa Jibacoa, according to Pastor Leonel. Praise the Lord for new dates set for this month to restart in-person classes at the Cedars of Lebanon Seminary, after they were closed for a year and a half due to COVID.

Ecuador

  • Adam & Carol Duncan – We begin travel to the Center for Intercultural Training (CIT) in North Carolina on Thursday. Carol begins reviewing for boards this week. Praise the Lord that the JKC Christmas outreach had more than 400 people attend and hear the true meaning of Christmas. We are thankful that Carol’s dad, Dennis, continues to do well with the current regime for Parkinson’s and has been seizure-free since early November.

France

  • Bryson Foulks – Please remember me in prayer as I travel to raise prayer and financial support for my two-year internship.

India

  • Kenneth Eagleton – Praise the Lord for the report from our partners in India that one church baptized two people on the last day of the year and in another church there was a conversion on the first Sunday of this new year.

Ivory Coast

  • Kenneth Eagleton – Praise the Lord for 39 people who were baptized by Pastor Robert in the village of Panzarani. The baptized were from that local church and other mission churches of villages in the area. We also praise the Lord for 19 people who were baptized by Pastor Silas Noufé in Bouna, from the Schilo Church in Bouna, and from the church in the village of Natchirdouo.

Pakistan

  • Kenneth Eagleton – Praise the Lord for well-attended Christmas celebrations in all of our FWB churches in Pakistan.

Spain

  • Anthony & Lea Edgmon – We appreciate your prayers for our daughter Emily as she finishes up her visit here in Spain and flies back to the US on Friday. Pray for a negative COVID test, and smooth flights and connections, so Emily can resume her studies on time.
  • Tim & Kristi Johnson – Please pray for our fellow believers in the Alpedrete Church who are going through another wave of COVID cases.  More than 20 people in the church have tested “positive” and are suffering from varying degrees of illness.  The church has returned to online-only services as COVID cases in Alpedrete have risen dramatically in the past few weeks.
  • Neil & Mandi Morgan – Mandi had surgery Tuesday morning. Please pray for her as she recovers.

Mission Family

  • Pray for our expecting missionary families: Brenton and Debbie Driscoll(Bulgaria)Daniel and Kate Speer (Japan), and Sam and Lauren Riggs (Spain). Pray the babies will grow and mature as expected.
  • Please pray for our Stateside missionaries as they seek prayer and financial support.
  • Pray for those who are still affected by COVID around the world. Many countries around the world are still struggling.
  • Pray for former missionaries struggling with a variety of health problems: Carlisle Hanna (India), Jerry and Carol Pinkerton (Ivory Coast), Bobby and Sue Aycock (Brazil), Florine Coscia (Brazil), Ledgel and Sharon Ferguson (Ivory Coast and France), Glenda Fulcher (Uruguay and Panama), Mirial Gainer (Japan), Joe and Barb Haas (France), Sherwood and Vada Lee (Ivory Coast), Lloyd Plunkett (Côte d’Ivoire), Amy Robinson (Uruguay), Tom Willey, Jr. (Cuba & Panama), and Don Robirds (Brazil, IM office).
